This form helps me gather the details I need to capture your pet's unique spirit. Upon receipt, I'll review your request and reach out within 1-2 business days to confirm availability, timeline, and payment.

Pricing:

Standard 5x5" canvas $55

Payment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the painting is shipped.

Turnaround Time:

2-3 weeks, depending on the current queue. I'll confirm your timeline before I begin.
